On June 30, Vera Blaz, Guam CEDDERS Training Associate, and Elaine Eclavea, educational consultant and Guam Early Learning Council (GELC) co-chairperson, discussed the Early Childhood Professional Development Subcommittee at the GELC Quarterly Meeting held at the Dusit Thani Resort.

Guam Early Learning Council Endorses The islandwide Developmental and Behavioral Screening System (iDBSS)

The islandwide Developmental and Behavioral Screening System (iDBSS), originally a pilot program under Project Tinituhon, which is administerd by Guam CEDDERS, was endorsed by the members of the Guam Early Learning Council during their quarterly meeting held on February 13, 2017 at the Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor’s Complex Conference Room. The iDBSS is used by all early childhood programs, child care centers, and select medical clinics.
